BIG SPLASH!

At the end of August, we are having a beach party, bbq and baptism at Belle Isle. It will take place on the 29th from 1pm to 4:30pm (following our morning service) at the Magic Stick! This will be a great time to be together and it will also be fun to do something combined with our Hamtown people!

IF you have accepted Christ as Savior & Lord of your life but have not been baptized in water yet – BOOM – this is your time! It’s commanded in Scripture and it’s our opportunity follow in the footsteps of Christ. Talk to us if you have any questions! We will have a brief baptism class on Sunday, August 21, right at the end of our service.

Oh, a few last things:

• When you come, wear whatever you’re comfortable in… most of us will be in jeans & a hoodie or t-shirt. Others may dress up a bit.  The key: Just be yourself!
• IF you have a bible or notebook & pen, you might want to bring ‘em. IF not, no problem – we’ll hook you up (if you want).
• We always give people an opportunity to give donations (tithes/offerings) but we won’t shake you down or make you feel guilty. We want you not your money!
